Privacy notice

This notice is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") to users who interact with the website sidigitale.tech.

1. Data controller

The Data Controller is S.I. Digitale s.r.l., with registered office at Via Nazionale Adriatica Nord 348, 65123 Pescara (PE), Italy, VAT IT01721180679.

For privacy matters, the data subject can contact the Controller through the contact form selecting "General information" as the request type.

2. Categories of data processed

The website only collects data that the user voluntarily provides through the contact form:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Optional company name and phone number
  • Selected request type
  • Message content

For security purposes, technical browsing data is also processed (the requester's IP address at the time of form submission, kept only in application logs). No profiling cookies, traffic analytics tools or third-party trackers are used.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Reply to contact requests: processing necessary to perform pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Site security and abuse prevention: processing based on the legitimate interest of the Controller to protect its service from misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Processing methods

Data is processed using electronic tools, by authorised personnel and with technical and organisational measures suitable to ensure its confidentiality, integrity and availability. Form submissions take place over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

5. Retention period

Data collected through the contact form is kept for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, unless followed by contractual relationships, for no more than 24 months. Technical security logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.

6. Recipients

Data may be processed by technology service providers appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (email and hosting providers). Data is not disseminated nor transferred outside the European Union.

7. Rights of the data subject

Pursuant to articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

To exercise their rights, the data subject can submit a request through the contact form selecting "General information" as the request type.

8. Cookies

The website only uses functional cookies and equivalent technologies necessary for proper operation (consent storage). No profiling or third-party analytics cookies are present. Consent can be revoked at any time via the "Manage cookie preferences" button at the footer of every page.

The interactive map of offices is loaded only after explicit user consent: in that case requests are made to OpenStreetMap servers (map tiles), which log IP addresses according to their respective policy.

9. Changes

This notice may be updated. Substantial changes will be notified on the website.
